Returns and Refunds: 

At Wild Ember Collective, every piece is thoughtfully chosen with love, intention, and a good eye for the vibe. Because many of our items are resale, vintage, or small-batch finds, all sales are final. 

That said, we want you to truly love what you receive. 

If your item arrives damaged, significantly misrepresented, or there's an issue with your order, please reach out within 3 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right. 

We believe in happy customers, good energy, and treating people kindly, so if something feels off, email us. We're human too.
